Companionship, personal care and memory care support from caregivers who come back week after week, learn the routines, and treat your parent’s home like the private place it is.
Care we provide
Every plan starts with what a person can still do and wants to keep doing. We fill in around it, never over it.

Conversation over coffee, card games, the crossword, a drive to the library or the Sunday market. Someone to share the afternoon with.

Bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting, done patiently and privately, at the pace and in the way your loved one prefers.

Calm routines and familiar faces for people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s, with caregivers trained to redirect gently and keep the day steady.
Free care consultation
Answer six short questions. We’ll suggest a care level and a number of hours per week, then you can book a free, no‑pressure consultation with our care coordinator.

Question 1 of 6
How it works
Hannah, our care coordinator, meets you at home or by video, listens, and walks through the house for simple safety fixes.
Routines, preferences, medication reminder times, favorite foods and the things that matter, all in plain language you can read in the portal.
We match on skills, personality and language, and you meet before the first visit. The same small team comes back every week.
Check‑in and check‑out times, meals, mood and a short note, so the whole family knows how the day went.
“We measure a good visit by one thing: how they felt when we left.”
Our caregivers
Every caregiver is background‑checked, CPR certified and trained in dementia care before their first visit. We pay above the local average, so our people stay, and your parent sees the same faces.

The Desert Bloom family portal shows each visit as it happens: when the caregiver arrived and left, what was eaten, which reminders were given, mood, and a short note in the caregiver’s own words.

“Mom refused help for a year. Rosa never once made her feel managed. Now Tuesdays are ‘Rosa days’ and she looks forward to them.”
“I live in Denver. Reading the visit notes each afternoon, what Dad ate, that he laughed at something, is the part of my day I don’t worry.”
“They started with eight hours a week and adjusted as my husband’s memory changed. No pressure, no surprises on the bill.”
