Delbert Gallego

Leads architecture, engineering, and ongoing support.

Delbert brings 15+ years of technology experience, including more than 12 years in software engineering at Intel, two years at IBM, and independent consulting and software projects. His background spans enterprise software engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, and automation.

At PHX Valley Tech, he works directly with business owners to turn operational challenges into practical, reliable systems—from custom applications and connected workflows to ongoing support. He brings enterprise engineering discipline and the hands-on resourcefulness of someone who builds, ships, and maintains the work himself.

Regina Gallego

Leads client consultation, workflows, testing, and rollout.

Regina brings more than 20 years of experience in dental care, practice workflows, and team coordination to PHX Valley Tech. As a registered dental hygienist, she understands how technology affects the people using it—from patient-facing staff to the teams managing daily operations.

She leads operations and works directly with clients and their teams to understand challenges, clarify requirements, and improve workflows. Her contributions span team consultation, user experience, hands-on testing, and rollout support, helping ensure each solution fits the business and is easy to use.
