We send a free homepage preview within 24 hours. Most small-business sites go live in 2–3 weeks after you approve the design.
What does it cost?
Most businesses pick one of four levels, each with one setup price and one monthly plan: Business Website $6,500 + $225/mo, Premium Website $12,500 + $395/mo, Automated Business from $20,000 + $1,150/mo and Connected Business from $35,000 + $2,100/mo. Need something smaller, like booking or an AI front desk? Those are priced on their own. Ask us for details, and you get a fixed quote before any work starts.
Do I pay before I see anything?
Not before you agree to a fixed quote. The first 20-minute call is free. For a website, you see your homepage preview free and approve the design before we build. Software and automation projects usually start with a paid $1,500 Automation roadmap, credited to your project, and bigger builds come in stages that each end with a working demo.
What’s included each month?
Every level’s plan covers hosting, SSL, backups, security and uptime monitoring and fixes, plus edit time: 1 hour on Business, 2 on Premium and Automated, 5 on Connected. Automated and Connected also include 500 AI conversations a month. Extra time is $150 an hour for websites and $175 for software, always quoted first. Ask us about add-ons for more time or marketing.
Is there a contract?
Care plans have a 3-month minimum and software, AI and Growth Studio plans 6 months, then continue month to month with 30 days’ notice. Pay a year upfront and get one month free.
Who owns the website?
Your domain, logo, photos and content are always yours.
Can I make changes myself?
Text or email us and we’ll handle it, usually within 1–2 business days.

Do you do more than websites?
Yes. We’re an engineering-led team: custom software, mobile apps for iPhone and Android, web apps and customer portals, integrations with the tools you already use, AI and automation, plus logos and brand. Built by engineers with Intel and IBM experience.
How is this different from a website builder or an all-in-one platform?
Builders and platforms give you a template and a fixed set of features. We build around how your business already runs, with your brand, your workflow and your own tools, and we stay on as your team.
Will my business show up in ChatGPT and AI search?
We build your site with the details AI assistants and Google read, like your services, hours, location and reviews, and keep your listings consistent, so you have the best chance of being recommended. No one can guarantee placement, and we won’t pretend to.
