The day-to-day

What programs deal with

  1. 01

    Information everywhere

The schedule is on one site, forms are in an email, the store is with a vendor and updates live on social media, so families never know where to look.

  2. 02

    Fundraising that leaks money

Gear vendors and fundraising platforms take a share, and boosters spend weekends chasing sponsors with a PDF.

  3. 03

    Coaches with no time left

Rosters, schedule changes and parent questions land on coaches who already have a full day and a team to run.

What we build

What we build for football programs

All six are working in our sample program, Summit Ridge Football. Open it on your phone the way a parent or a player would.

  • 02

    The program’s own store

Team gear sells through the program’s own payment account, so the money goes to the boosters, not a vendor.

  • 03

    Sponsors that get seen

Sponsor tiers, linked logos and an inquiry form that turns local businesses into supporters.

Questions

Straight answers.

Don’t see yours? Ask us anything.

Who owns the site and the store money?

The program does. Your domain, content and photos are yours, and store sales go through the program’s or booster club’s own payment account, not ours.

Can the booster club keep it going after launch?

Yes. We handle hosting and updates, and the people you choose can send us changes to the schedule, roster and sponsors. Coaches and parents come and go; the site stays with the program.

How do you handle photos and information about students?

Our demos use sample athletes only. On a real site, anything public about minors goes up only with parent consent and within your school and district’s rules, and training data in the Performance Lab can stay private to athletes and coaches.

Do you build for other sports and club teams?

Yes. The Desert Storm Volleyball Club demo shows tryout registration, team schedules, a tournament calendar and a parent portal with dues and volunteer shifts.
